Sauvignon

But it is mainly in the hills, characterized by extremely favorable climatic conditions, the Sauvignon gives excellent results. In the area of ​​the eastern hills, this variety covers an area of ​​230 hectares, and it is thanks to the characteristic of the soils of this area that the Sauvignon can be characterized by an excellent aromatic properties.
Color: yellow more or less intense straw.
Bouquet: delicate tending to aromatic, reminiscent of yellow flowers, sage, mint, pepper and tomato leaf.
Taste: structure, full-bodied and distinctive at the same time with good acidity.
Pairings: aperitif, and to combine with spicy first courses dishes, and soups, medium-aged cheeses or blue cheeses, including at the lagoon fish.
