Frico con patate

Ingredients for 4 people:

200g medium potatoes, 200 g of dairy cheese, salt q.s.

Method:

Peel the potatoes and cook them in a pot. Chop the cheese, put it in a pan to cook on low heat. When the latter is dissolved, mash the potatoes and add them to the cheese. Let cook for a few minutes over medium heat, so that, in the part in contact with the pan, to form a solid layer of brownish color. Frico stir and wait until you form the same layer on the other side. To get a better result it is suggested to use an iron or non-stick frying pan, so that the plate does not stick. Serve immediately the still hot plate.
