Polenta e frittata con il latte

Ingredients for 4 people:
1 kg of corn meal, 8 of bacon slices, 10 slices of salami (or four sausages), 6 eggs, 1/2 liter of milk, salt q.b

Method:
Cook the polenta and, in the meantime, prepare the omelet: Heat the lard, add the sausage or sausage; When everything is well fried, beat the eggs (whites and yolks together) and pour the fat and salami. When the eggs are fried, add milk and salt and, if necessary, cook for another fifteen minutes. When the polenta is cooked, eat it with this sauce.
