Polenta con fagioli

Ingredients for 4 people:
1/2 kg of flour, warm water, 1 kg of soft cheese (soft, it melts), 3 eggs, a pinch of salt.

Method:
Take the flour, add salt to taste and mix with warm water to make a soft dough. Divide them into three round pieces and place in a greased baking pan well with oil, let sit for 1 hour. Then take a piece of the dough and roll it out on the table to obtain a sheet so thin that it is almost transparent. In another bowl mix very well the soft cheese, 3 eggs and salt to taste. On the pastry, pour a little 'oil and pour a little' of this preparation, then roll it as a "strudel", if it is too long, cut and arrange in baking dish; pour a little 'oil and bake for about 45 minutes at 180 ° C.
