Ingredients for 4 people:
1 kg of potatoes, bacon or lard, Batuda (whole milk acidulated), salt q.s.

Method:
Peel the potatoes and cook them in water a po'salata. When the potatoes are almost cooked, simply test and, if necessary, add more salt. Once cooked, remove the water; Heat the sauce, seasoned
potatoes, serve them and eat them with Batuda.
